Merry Christmas/Giftmas

Merry Christmas everyone! To all that celebrate it I hope you had a wonderful day. I personally am not any religion so it isn't any religious significance for me but more a time of year I can show my family and friends how much I love them and shower them with gifts!!
We did a smallish holiday and made a lot of fun stuff. I took lots of photos and I'll do a big post later. We are about to be belted with a blizzard and we left really early this morning and got home before it started.
Sorry I am a day late with my well wishes but the small town in New Hampshire we were at had spotty reception!

I'm nosy tell me what you got!

Did you get socked by the blizzard? We actually had a white Christmas, which hasn't happened in Georgia in almost 120 years!

I got a fur vest-it's on the blog today, and a bracelet, clothes and money that I bought other things with!

Merry belated Christmas! Like you, I more celebrate the getting together with friends and family (and presents lol) part of it. Honestly I don't think it's far from the "true" meaning of the holiday anyway. Even when you take out the religious aspects of the different holidays, it's about love and the people around you. I sound so cheesy, lol. Anyway hope you had fun and got some awesome stuff!

Not cheesy at all I totally agree!

I love hearing what everyone got too! Here are just a few of the awesome things Santa brought me: fleece-lined tights, cashmere sweater, scarves, MJ Daisy Perfume, books, Faux Fur Vest, North Face E-Tip Gloves, Suitcase, Crystal/Pearl Earrings, Shoe Calendar, Makeup (MAC & Smashbox), and so much more! Hope you plan on spilling about your goodies in your big post.

I got a ton of books and chocolate! Yay! I'm going to exchange a top that I got tomorrow and hit some sales, though.

I'm glad to hear you had a fabulous Christmas!

I finally got the Garmin Forerunner that I've been wanting forever. It's a sports watch with a heart rate monitor and GPS and I can't wait to test it out. :)

The little tree is so cute! My family doesn't celebrate for the religious aspect of XMas either. My mom ended up getting me everything off my amazon wish list so I had some great gifts - my favorite one being The Little Prince Pop-up book! :D

Aw what a cute tree! Too bad the blizzard rushed your holiday.

I got a Kindle!

I hope you made it in before the blizzard! I'm not sad to be missing that part of life in the Northeast. ;)

I got shoes. Cute ones too!

Merry Christmas! Hope yours was fantastic! I got a pair of black booties that were totally out of my price range from my parents and a $50 Sephora GC from my sis and a new 9mm gun from my husband (he's former military, guns are big in our home, it's really not a weird gift, I promise.) Today was really the gift though, it was my annual birthday day long shopping event with my mom at the Orlando Outlets. She got me new Reebox for the gym and a Loft jean skirt and Tommy Hilfig dress and a gold necklace - my mom spoils me!
The best part of Christmas though was watching my 18 mon old niece and her 3 & 5 yr step bros tear into all the presents, whether the presents belonged to them or not! It was the most adorable frenzy I've ever seen!

Not weird to me my father is into them. Personally I'm not but I get it totally.
The adults in my family are like that with gifts. It's mass chaos!

Ah see I love it!

Not a single member of my family asked what I'd like and I had a whole wish list made. Luckily I got all stuff I loved though. People were very thoughtful with gifts. Homemade stuff too!

Merry Belated! I hope you are well in the blizzardy northeast. It is presently below freezing here. Total crap!

I got my main Christmas present a couple weeks before Christmas: new dancing boots. My old ones were circa 1992, were too tight, and down at the heels. It was time. :'-( The new ones are spiffy black alligator looking. Best of all they fit, so I can spend much more time twirling my gal around the hardwood. Huzzah!

Other than that, it seems to be a pots n pans holiday. I received two new Calphalon non-stick fry pans and two Le Creuset cast iron sauce pans. I also threw away 7 old scratched non-sticks. I used the pans to make eggs benedict for everyone before we put the kids on the plane to their grandfolks in Colorado.

BTW, Jamie likes her gifts that you suggested. I pointed her to your blog, and she might have some questions. :)

Happy Monday!
