No time to say hello goodbye I'm late! Well be late no more with this gorgeous pocket watch scarf! CSN stores was kind enough to gift me this AMAZING Thomas Paul scarf for review and...........
is the suspense terrible?

and they gave me one to giveaway! Well honestly they offered me something to review and being the great girl I am I asked if I could pick something for half the cost and give the other one away?!! See don't say I never did anything for you. And you might actually still be late if you go by this clock. Just saying.
My thoughts:
The scarf is a thick cotton and it feels really really nice. It feels New Englandy to me. Thick warm cotton with the slightest aged color to it. And can we talk about the picture??!! You know I love to wear men's wear styled vests with a pocket watch? Well this with a cute little dress makes me feel like I walked out of Alice in Wonderland. Now the reason you aren't seeing it on me is because the scarf showed up in the middle of of my tragic week and I honestly am having a hard time taking a picture and not getting upset. But I have worn it and got a few smiles on the street. But this isn't about me it's about the scarf. It is is top notch quality and I love the steampunk-osity-ness-iammakingupwords to it. I like wearing it with the back of the watch over my shoulder.

Just ONE thing I like that you do!!?? Uhm....lets see........I in general, for a fashion blog, I like that you pay attention to detail. There are other fashion blogs I read that don't give us the make up or accessory shots that you do, or if they do they are poor quality. It's much more helpful to get really nice detail shots when trying to recreate a look at home.
I really like when you talk about the smaller details - your nails, your bag charms, your makeup collections. A lot of blogs (hey, mine included) don't go into that stuff but sometimes it's the most fun!

I like when you do a weekly roundup of your outfits, with the 5 pictures all next to each other. It's fun to see if there was an unofficial theme you were going for that week!
I like your outfit pictures (of course!), and I really like your product reviews. I'd like to see more of those, because I'm way more likely to buy something I've seen reviewed from a real person, and you seem very real and trustworthy.

2- I love how you are a totally genuine person, basically talking about anything that's on your mind. We feel there's a very "personal" touch, as opposed to blogs who are just about fashion, but without any personality. I also like to read about what you do on weekends and stuff like that, and discover great places! Also, I never get tired of kitties. Never.

I've recently become a nail junkie, so I am a fan of the konad posts. Do your kitties bother you when you're trying to do that? I can just see one of mine in particular trying to "help". I really enjoy your blog as it is. I don't have a lot of suggestions as to what to add. Maybe more detail on makeup, as I'm a makeup junkie too!
