Getting ingredients to make dinner
or why its fun to live in the city.
On my way home I stopped at the deli for ham, cheese shop for cheese and the spice store for some spices. All in a two block radius and all completely on my way and took about 7 minutes total.
In the suburbs you would have to drive all over town to do that.

Lucky! I wish I could stop at specialized shops on my way home from work. As it is, I can stop at Wal-mart or a small grocery store. A bigger one if I feel like driving a couple more minutes. Ugh.
