Cupcakes zomg

So I invented a flavor of cupcakes. By invented I probably heard it somewhere thought it sounded amazing and kept it in the back of my head to come forward later as "my idea"

Spice cake with lemon frosting and crystallized ginger.
I have been talking about this combination for months and this past weekend my husband made them for me. They were everything I dreamed of. The cake mix was by Namaste and the frosting he made from scratch and chopped some ginger for on top.
It was fantastic.
