neti pot? No tea from this pot

Dear Annie,
After 2.5 years of touting the wonders of the neti pot I am FINALLY going to try it. I bought one today on lunch and plan to use it tonight.
Promise I won't drown?!

Anyways, go for it. It can be uncomfortable, but once you breathe through the mouth, it gets easier...
