Avon gets designers to make things for them, many many times it is exactly like the one already in stores by said designer. This one is by Kenneth Jay Lane that retails for about 115 bucks at Neiman Marcus and Saks. Avon? $19.99. Literally same thing. (No I didn't go to saks and looks at theirs... well ok maybe I did.)
