So my Christmas was quite wonderful. Santa and his elves brought me lots of lovely things. Among them TIVO!!!!!!!!!!! well actually Tivo's cooler older brother that doesn't need a subscription and included surround sound! And dave and I spent the week adventuring and we finally went to Ikea and drooled. It was a first for both of us and we were in way over our heads. We ended up leaving with just a few things. I can now say we actually own a lamp. Two to be exact. Oh its like were almost grown ups. I think I may cry. No more overhead lighting for us.
